1 General Terms

H Baaje is an online Sports Betting platform built for sports enthusiasts across Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions serve as a legally binding agreement between H Baaje and its users.

By using H Baaje's website, mobile app, or any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

H Baaje reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or platform notifications.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on H Baaje, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old to register. Account registration is not permitted for anyone under the age of 18.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found to be operated by the same individual, all associated accounts may be terminated.
• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth at the time of registration.
• H Baaje may request a copy of your National ID or passport for identity verification at any time.
• Registering with false information will result in immediate account closure, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on H Baaje:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's name.
• Deposits cannot be made from payment methods registered under another person's name.
• At least one bet must be placed before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Withdrawals are only available after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• For suspicious transactions, H Baaje may request additional information for verification purposes.

4 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on H Baaje:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each bet and may vary by sport and event.
• If a match or event is cancelled, all associated bets will be refunded.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting; the odds displayed at the time your bet is placed are the ones that apply.
• In the event of any dispute over match results, H Baaje's decision shall be considered final.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

The following terms apply to all H Baaje bonuses and promotions:

• Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only. A minimum 5x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Cashback Bonus: The weekly cashback applies only to losses on real-money bets, not bonus funds.
• Free Bet: Winnings from free bets cannot be withdrawn directly — specific wagering conditions must be met first.
• Referral Bonus: Bonus is awarded when a referred friend registers and makes their first deposit.
• Bonus offers cannot be combined with one another unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on H Baaje:

• Opening or operating an account using another person's details.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Arbitrage betting or bonus hunting.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or committing any security breach.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial transactions.
• Harassing, threatening, or disturbing other members.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

H Baaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• If suspicious betting patterns or evidence of fraud are detected.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

You can request account closure at any time. Upon closure, your current balance (if any and valid) will be refunded.

8 Responsible Gaming

H Baaje is committed to responsible betting. We see betting as a form of entertainment, not a habit. That's why our platform includes the following tools:
